Position Overview:
As a member of the Infrastructure Planning team, this role plays an integral part in enabling NPSG’s mission of supporting all Regional Producing Bottlers (RPBs) by maximizing System production efficiencies and market opportunities to strengthen the competitiveness of the Coca-Cola System in the United States. This position leads projects focused on strategic capital investment and divestment planning activities. In addition, this role will act as the primary business partner to one or more of our member Bottler’s, leading project engagements and stewarding multi-year planning routines.
This role is responsible for leading cross-functional project teams throughout multiple project phases of strategic supply chain initiatives, inclusive of scope definition, business case validation, and implementation. This individual plays a critical role in ensuring project scope aligns with the NPSG mission and that projects are delivered in accordance with governance protocols. This position will lead multiple large-scale, complex initiatives simultaneously.
These activities require strong program management skills, the ability to collaborate and manage cross-functional project teams, experience with change management best practices, mentoring and development of others, and effective communication of complex business cases to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have experience deploying these skills against complex supply chain initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead project initiation routines to identify key project team members, assess project scope, develop initial scenarios for consideration, and facilitate an early view of timeline and project milestones
- Leverage knowledge of broader, long-term strategic infrastructure planning roadmaps to make sure individual projects align with these priorities
- Develop overall program plans for various project workstreams that highlight critical path components, dependencies, and risk assessments
- Translate supply chain optimization modeling completed by Supply Chain Analysts / Consultants into business case recommendations. Support business case development and be able to speak to financial drivers of projects
- Conduct project validation routines with impacted stakeholders to confirm business case assumptions
- Prepare content required to steward projects through NPSG Governance process. Present project updates to the NPSG Board and Bottler / NAOU Supply Chain Teams as needed
- Conduct implementation project routines to monitor progress against an established timeline, determine necessary actions and escalate as needed
- Collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders such as other NPSG Functions (Finance, Supply Planning and Analytics, Infrastructure Planning) and RPB/ NAOU Supply Chain Functions (Finance, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering)
- Mentor and coach Supply Chain Analysts / Consultants throughout the project cycle
- Facilitate annual strategic infrastructure planning routines with assigned Bottlers to develop portfolio of ideas and projects to address multi-year capacity and capability needs
- Identify and implement ongoing process and tool improvements for the Infrastructure Planning Team
Qualifications / Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required; Bachelor’s Degree in the areas of Engineering, Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics is preferred
- 8+ years of experience in the areas of Finance, Distribution Network Analysis, Manufacturing, Production Network Optimization, Transportation, Demand Planning, or other areas related to Supply Chain Operations
- Strategy and project management experience (guiding project teams through solution development through business case justification, preferably in a supply chain environment)
- Understanding of economic and cost/benefit analysis related to supply chain activities or capital investment evaluation
- Ability to effectively lead teams to deliver results outside of formal lines of authority
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Stakeholder management
- Business case development and value tracking experience
- PMP Certification a plus

Pay Range:
$165,000 - $198,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
