We are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Product to lead and scale our global product capabilities within a fast-paced, data-driven environment. This is a critical leadership role responsible for shaping product strategy, driving innovation, and delivering impactful solutions at scale. You will work across a highly matrixed organisation, partnering with senior stakeholders and global teams to turn complex challenges into clear, actionable product outcomes, while building and leading high-performing teams.

- Proven experience leading cross functional teams and working within matrixed organizations
- Demonstrated solid strategic thinking and commercial awareness
- Demonstrated solid communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to operate as a self starter and thrive in fast changing and sometimes ambiguous environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and drive alignment across highly matrixed stakeholder groups
