🌔 About the Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary Senior Director of Product – Stablecoins to spearhead our stablecoin strategy. This role is pivotal in expanding MoonPay's capabilities in the stablecoin ecosystem, enhancing our product offerings, and driving adoption across various markets. You will lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap that positions MoonPay at the forefront of stablecoin innovation.

🚀 What you will do

Strategic Leadership

*Define and articulate MoonPay's stablecoin vision

* Develop and manage a strategic roadmap for stablecoin products, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs

*Collaborate with executive leadership to prioritize initiatives that drive growth and user engagement

Product Development 

* Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for stablecoin offerings

* Work with engineering, design, finance and operations teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions

* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and implement robust risk management practices

Cross-Functional Collaboration

* Engage with stakeholders across compliance, legal, finance, marketing, and customer support to ensure cohesive product development.

*Build partnerships with financial institutions, blockchain networks, and other key players in the stablecoin ecosystem to drive adoption 

*Advocate for customer needs and feedback, integrating insights into product enhancements

🧑‍🚀 About You

* 7+ years of product management experience, with a focus on fintech, payments, or crypto

* Proven track record of leading successful product initiatives in the stablecoin or crypto space

* Strong understanding of blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and decentralized finance (DeFi) systems

* Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams

* Experience navigating regulatory environments and ensuring compliance in product development

* Experience working in high-growth startup environments and scaling product teams

You’ll drive the vision and execution of MoonPay’s stablecoin initiatives, bringing innovative products to life that are secure, scalable, and globally accessible. Working cross-functionally with engineering, compliance, and design, you’ll ensure every launch meets the highest standards of usability and regulatory integrity. From core infrastructure to customer experience, you’ll shape how the world interacts with stable digital value.
