We are seeking an accomplished Sr. Director, Product Sales to lead strategic growth for Research and Analytics within the Academic & Government segment. In this high-impact leadership role, you will shape how our product sales strategy comes to life across key markets, partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to accelerate revenue growth, strengthen customer engagement, and drive operational excellence.   • Demonstrated experience leading teams across one or more functional areas and translating company strategy into actionable objectives 
  • Experience using performance metrics, operational data, and business insights to identify opportunities and implement solutions

What will you be doing in this role? 

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives that support company-wide objectives and long-term growth 
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align departmental goals with overall business strategy 
  • Oversee operations across multiple teams, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and accountability in execution

  • Monitor performance metrics and operational outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions

About the Team 

This role partners closely with senior leadership, department leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to align strategic priorities, improve operational execution, and support long-term business growth. The leader in this role will help connect company strategy to team-level execution while driving accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the organization. 

Hours of Work 

This is a full-time position, primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed. 

 

 Compensation

 

The expected base salary for this position is $190,000 - $205,000 USD per year.  This role is eligible for (incentive or bonus) earnings.  Individual pay is based upon experience, education, skill and ability, expertise, and relevant factors.
