In-Center as one of three therapy verticals focuses on delivering high-quality, clinic-based hemodialysis to patients worldwide. Its mission is to support healthcare providers in offering safe, consistent, and patient-centered care in dialysis clinics.

The team collaborates across Product Design, Clinical Protocols, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial functions to equip clinics with effective, innovative solutions that meet high standards and improve patient outcomes. The Senior Director, Product Management & Upstream Marketing (VSD InCenter) is a global executive leadership role with end‑to‑end ownership of the dialyzer portfolio, responsible for setting the long‑term strategic direction and ensuring strong performance across growth, margin, market share, and lifecycle health. The role leads a global team of product management and upstream marketing leaders and holds direct accountability to lead a ~€1.2B portfolio worldwide. It drives disciplined execution from innovation through phase‑out, ensures alignment across regions and corporate functions, and acts as a key executive interface to Value Stream Dialyzers (VSD) and regional leadership to deliver sustainable, profitable growth across developed and emerging markets.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the global dialyzer portfolio strategy and long‑term roadmap, including segmentation across premium, core, and value, balancing growth, profitability, and complexity
  • Govern the full product lifecycle, covering innovation pipeline, introductions, phase‑outs, SKU rationalization, legacy transitions, and global value propositions, positioning, and pricing guardrails
  • Provide executive oversight for major launches and portfolio transitions, ensuring end‑to‑end cross‑functional readiness and accelerating adoption, penetration, revenue, margins, and value capture
  • Ensure strong alignment between global strategy and regional execution in the US, Europe, Asia, LATAM, and China, guiding approaches in price‑sensitive markets, tenders, VBP and OEM strategies, and shaping responses to low‑cost and emerging competitors while maintaining global consistency
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing global product management team, build future‑ready capabilities, establish robust portfolio governance and KPI‑based performance management, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on key enterprise trade‑offs

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a comparable field, with an MBA or advanced management degree strongly preferred
  • More than 15 years of leadership experience in medical devices or healthcare, including global product management and ownership of large, complex portfolios across regions and segments.
  • Proven executive‑level leadership with P&L accountability and strong experience operating in highly regulated environments such as FDA and MDR
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence Board, ELT, and senior regional leaders, combining strategic, commercial, and financial acumen
  • Demonstrated capability to translate long‑term strategy into disciplined execution, with a customer‑centric mindset, strong governance, results orientation, and excellent English communication skills
