  • Design and lead performance review forums, ensuring they are relevant, insight-driven, and supported by high-quality information that enables informed discussions and effective decision-making.

  • Accountable for the overall performance management strategy and outcomes across the Africa Operating Unit.

  • Acts as the ultimate decision authority for performance management frameworks, governance, and executive financial communication.

Requirements & Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in data digitalization, automation, and advanced analytics, driving standardization and efficiency in financial and performance reporting.

  • Strong understanding of the System economics, including financial and relational dynamics with bottlers and key partners.

What We'll Do for You :

  • Provide high exposure to senior leadership at both the Operating Unit and Corporate levels, enabling direct involvement in strategic discussions and decision-making.

  • Offer the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of the business within an AOU covering 54 markets and serving as a key volume growth engine for the company.

  • Enable a cross-functional and end-to-end view of the business, with regular interaction across all functions and close collaboration with bottlers and System partners.

  • Build a strong understanding of the financial impact of strategic and operational decisions, enhancing business acumen and leadership capabilities.
