Job DescriptionSummary
We’re seeking a visionary technology leader to drive innovation and scale in our Consumer Panel Services. This role blends strategic leadership, technical excellence, and global collaboration to deliver impactful solutions that shape consumer insights across industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technology strategy and roadmap for CPS initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs.
- Lead the development and deployment of scalable, high-performance solutions for customer input management, including shopper data integration, panel expansion, analytics platforms, data processing, calibration, and cross-platform integration.
- Oversee cloud transformation efforts, optimizing the technology stack to deliver high-margin business outcomes.
- Manage delivery timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Monitor and enhance system performance for efficiency, accuracy, and security, including incident response protocols.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with Product, Operations, Data Science, EIT, and Architecture teams, serving as a trusted technology advisor.
- Ensure robust data governance and compliance, proactively addressing security and privacy risks.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to the technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous growth.
- Proven experience in building and managing enterprise-grade systems with a focus on data management, processing, and analytics.
- Strong leadership and product development capabilities, with a track record of driving measurable outcomes.
- Proficiency in Big Data technologies such as Spark, Snowflake, and Databricks.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms including Azure and AWS.
- Familiarity with third-party data providers and deep understanding of consumer-sourced data.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, DevSecOps, and modern software development practices.
- Solid understanding of data security and compliance, with experience implementing safeguards in data-intensive environments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 15+ years of experience in data and software engineering, architecture, and design.
- Strong background in distributed computing and cloud-native technologies.
- Experience leading SAFe Agile and DevSecOps adoption.
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Data Science, and Product teams.
- Proven ability to train and upskill engineering teams in emerging technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
