As a key leader on Meyer’s Workplace Solutions team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving financial performance. This role provides direct leadership and oversight of Meyer’s Massachusetts operations, with accountability for execution, team performance, customer satisfaction, and strategic growth. In alignment with Meyer’s commitment to delivering innovative workplace solutions and creating exceptional customer experiences, you will play an instrumental role in helping our customers and teams succeed.


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Project Management, or a related field.
  • Massachusetts or Connecticut preferred; however, Meyer welcomes applications from all qualified candidates.
  • Minimum of 10 to 12 years of progressive operational leadership experience within commercial interiors, corporate relocation, commercial construction, or facility services.
  • Strong project management experience leading complex, multi-phase initiatives from planning through execution. Proficiency with Smartsheet or similar project management platforms is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing multi-site operational teams, project management offices (PMO), and field labor structures.
  • Proven track record of owning P&L accountability or direct margin protection across complex, multi-service portfolios.
  • Deep expertise in the Plan > Manage > Execute lifecycle, resource capacity planning, workload balancing, and subcontractor management.
  • Strong familiarity with Master Service Agreements (MSAs), performance scorecards, and vendor network scaling.

 

What You'll Do

  • Direct the financial performance and growth of Meyer’s Massachusetts operations, overseeing workforce productivity, margin integrity, warehouse efficiency, fleet management, and customer success initiatives.
  • Develop and manage budgets, business plans, and productivity analyses while ensuring compliance with service level agreements and delivering exceptional results for key client accounts.
  • Own the Plan > Manage > Execute lifecycle for WPS projects, including light construction, end-of-lease/decommissioning projects, and specialty health services and lab relocations.
  • Standardize delivery across project management, construction, and field operations, ensuring strict margin control, schedule adherence, and change order discipline.
  • Provide direct leadership and talent management for reporting positions, including the Operations Manager, Construction Manager, Director of Project Management, Field Project Managers, and Project Coordinators.
  • Maximize warehouse revenue per square foot, ensure accurate customer billing, and oversee efficient warehouse processes and inventory controls.
  • Enforce rigorous safety procedures, OSHA compliance, contractor safety certifications, and jobsite standards across all operations.
