Position Summary

The Senior Director, Nonprofit Network leads the strategy and execution of Good360’s nonprofit partner network—the foundation of the organization’s mission and impact. This role helps set the strategic vision, performance standards, and operating model for the network while leading a team of staff on the Nonprofit Development Team and others as determined necessary. The Senior Director ensures strong alignment between nonprofit capacity and corporate donor priorities, enabling collaboration, scalable programs, effective partnerships, and measurable social impact.


Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Strategic Account & Network Oversight

  • Provide leadership oversight of Good360’s non-profit members, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, donor expectations, and impact goals.
  • Establish frameworks and standards for strategic account planning, guiding Nonprofit team members in strengthening donor engagement, satisfaction, long-term partnership value, and compliance.
  • Identify enterprise-level opportunities for growth across the nonprofit network, including expansion of existing relationships and integration of new partners.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex or high-impact partner challenges, engaging executive leadership as needed.
  • Set expectations for execution quality, timeliness, and overall partner experience.
  • Partner with the data intelligence team to establish performance metrics, dashboards, and insights to assess program effectiveness, network health, and impact outcomes.
  • Partner with the operations team to ensure nonprofit network readiness and operational excellence to support efficient, timely, and high-quality distribution of donated goods.

Continuous Improvement & Optimization

  • Drive continuous improvement of nonprofit-facing operations to increase efficiency, scale, and impact.
  • Strengthen network capacity and equity by proactively identifying risks and growth opportunities.
  • Leverage data and insights to inform strategy and enhance overall performance.

Team Leadership

  • Ensure consistent, high-quality communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding network performance, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Oversee the development of reporting and insights for senior leadership and key corporate partners.
  • Represent Good360 in senior-level partner discussions, presentations, and sector engagements as appropriate
  • Exercise sound judgment in complex, ambiguous, and high-impact situations.
  • Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team responsible for partner relationships and network execution.
  • Build team capacity through coaching, mentoring, and professional development, ensuring readiness to support current and future network needs.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and results-driven team culture that reflects Good360’s values.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 10+ years of direct experience working at a non profit organization with including experience in nonprofit partnerships and network development
  • Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, public administration, business, or a related field required, or equivalent years of experience; Master’s degree preferred
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role at a non-profit organization
  • Demonstrated success leading and managing high-performing teams at a non profit organization responsible for complex partner relationships and program execution
  • Proven experience designing, scaling, and optimizing partner networks or multi-stakeholder ecosystems at a non profit organization
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and systems-thinking skills, with the ability to translate strategy into operational excellence through teams
  • Excellent senior-level communication and relationship management skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed organization, ideally with both corporate and nonprofit partners
  • Deep understanding of the nonprofit sector and a strong commitment to Good360’s mission and values

Salary Range 
$140,000 – $150,000 annually 

 

Note: Compensation is based on a candidate's experience, skills, education, and geographic location. This range is based on Washington, D.C.–Maryland–Virginia (DMV) market data; offers to candidates outside this area will reflect local market data. 

 

Work Location 

Hybrid, based in our Old Town Alexandria, VA office (minimum of two days per week with Tuesday as an anchor day)

 

Note: While hybrid is strongly preferred, we are open to considering fully remote candidates residing in CO, DE, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MD, MN, NE, NV, NC, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA, WV.
