The Compliance Specialist maintains member network integrity by vetting organizations, managing compliance processes, maintaining records, and handling inquiries related to compliance matters.

Oversee day-to-day nonprofit accounting operations including payroll, revenue recognition, donations/in-kind valuation, inventory FMV, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, accruals, and financial reporting. Lead two direct reports, support month-end/year-end close, perform analyses for leadership, and ensure GAAP compliance and accurate financial records.

Supports Impact Programs by coordinating partner outreach, scheduling, documentation, pilot program research and execution, event logistics, data tracking, and surge support for member services and nonprofit development. Ensures program design, partner experience, and operational execution across initiatives.

The Sr. Administrative Assistant provides high-level support to the Executive Leadership Team, coordinating projects, communication, and schedules while managing executive priorities with discretion and professionalism.

Serve as primary marketing account manager for strategic corporate partners: develop and execute co-marketing plans, create partner content, manage budgets and vendors, coordinate events and activations, track KPIs and reporting, and collaborate cross-functionally to amplify partnership impact.
