Oversee day-to-day nonprofit accounting operations including payroll, revenue recognition, donations/in-kind valuation, inventory FMV, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, accruals, and financial reporting. Lead two direct reports, support month-end/year-end close, perform analyses for leadership, and ensure GAAP compliance and accurate financial records.

Support daily coordination between corporate donors and nonprofit partners, assist account managers with scheduling, data entry, and reporting, track workflows and metrics, facilitate stakeholder communication, and help ensure efficient donation distribution across the network.

Lead enterprise brand, marketing, communications, and PR strategy to increase awareness, thought leadership, and donor engagement. Build and mentor a high-performing team, drive digital and content strategies (SEO/SEM, paid media, email, web), manage crisis communications and reputation, develop executive communications, and partner across programs and development to maximize impact and partnerships.
