The Senior Director of IT CRM will have overall responsibility for the strategy, systems administration, development, and support for Pluralsight’s global Salesforce platform ecosystem. This senior leader will collaborate with business partners and technology owners to ensure solutions are robust, performant, and scalable, while meeting business and company objectives.

What you’ll do:

  • Responsibility for implementing a comprehensive CRM business applications strategy supporting global sales, marketing, customer success, and professional services teams.

  • Overall Salesforce.com platform architecture and solution delivery for Pluralsight, spanning system administration, development, support and architecture functions.

  • Building, leading, and mentoring a world class distributed team of passionate Salesforce and business systems technologists and practitioners.

  • Ensuring successful delivery of new capabilities and solutions that users love and will scale with Pluralsight long-term.

Experience you’ll bring:

  • Ability to manage a complex salesforce environment

  • Great leadership skills with a passion to upskill your teams

Requirements:

  • 10+ years experience in IT business applications management or related function with demonstrated success managing a portfolio of enterprise SaaS business systems and platforms.

  • Deep understanding of leading Salesforce cloud platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Communities), with hands-on experience and advanced technical knowledge of core Salesforce development frameworks (Apex / Visualforce, Lightning) and standard practices.

  • Has experience leading large-scale end-to-end platform implementations and systems consolidations in a fast-paced software business using agile/scrum methodologies.

  • 5+ years at director level or above with a proven track record of building and leading successful technology teams.

Travel Requirements:

While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $202,700 - $250,200 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
