This position will lead the Human Resources function for the Implantable Heart Failure Management (IHFM) business and serve as a strategic business partner to executive leadership
You will enable business growth by translating strategy into talent priorities, using data and insights to anticipate needs and drive proactive solutions.
You’ll partner closely with HR Centers of Expertise and HR Solutions to deliver across talent acquisition, leadership development, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness ensuring the right talent, structure, and capabilities are in place to advance the business.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Serve as the strategic HR partner to IHFM leadership, supporting global teams through a matrixed regional model
- Lead initiatives that strengthen engagement, leadership effectiveness, and organizational performance
- Translate business strategy into actionable talent and organizational plans
- Guide leaders through change, providing coaching and direction on transformation and business evolution
- Champion Edwards culture and model our Secret Sauce behaviors in partnership with leaders
- Diagnose organizational needs and implement solutions across structure, talent, and culture
- Partner with HR Centers of Expertise to deliver integrated solutions across talent management, compensation, employee relations, and development
- Coach and support leaders at all levels to build capabilities and drive performance
- Lead or support organizational design, change management, and large-scale initiatives such as M&A or transformations
What you’ll need (Required):
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Organization Development or related field with at least 15 years of progressive HR related experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience based on Edwards criteria
- Demonstrated ability to operate as a strategic business partner with experience working in an operating model that leverages shared services delivery
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word is required, as well as working knowledge of HR software tools
- Ability to travel approximately 20%: domestic and international travel

For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $173,000 to $245,000 (highly experienced).
