Principal Accountabilities:
- Support Local Business Unit (LBUs) Transformation leaders and Strategic Pillar leaders in resolving cross-functional issues on transformation initiatives.
- Rich experiences in agency strategy development or execution on various agency strategic initiatives
- Deep understanding in sales KPI, performance management, and compensation
- Experiences in customer propositions development, digital marketing to support execution of agency initiatives
- Engage relevant Group functions to support governance and delivery of Transformation initiatives, including planning and implementation efforts.
- Maintain high standards of discipline in establishing and meeting deadlines.
- Support the integration of Transformation information into the strategic plans and annual budgets of LBUs.
- Prepare reports and communications on Performance.
Candidate Requirements:
- 15+ years of program management/ delivery experience.
- Delivery / execution focused, comfortable with high level of uncertainty, highly adaptable.
- Able to build and sustain programme structures, lead project activities, and interact with senior stakeholders.
- In-house function experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English (ability to speak one of more Asian languages desirable).
- Ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups across multiple locations, territories, and cultures.
- Possess high integrity, good analytical mind, and decision-making capabilities.
