Requirements

The Opportunity 

Sidetrade is looking for a results-oriented, performance-driven and hands-on marketing leader to build global demand generation programs as well as lead our global marketing operations team and stack. The ultimate goal of the role is focused on Sidetrade’s next phase of growth to scale to $100M revenue. 

The ideal candidate is a doer who brings deep experience in modern B2B marketing, can implement a modern demand engine using content and technology and partner across the organization to align marketing goals with company goals. 

This role requires a unique mix of strategic thinking, demand generation, operational/execution excellence, technology expertise and cross-functional collaboration with an understanding of how to drive measurable business outcomes through marketing. 

This leader must thrive in an international high-growth and fast moving environment, is a doer and will develop a close collaboration with our sales, customer success, product management, product marketing and business development (BDR) teams. 

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Generate the pipeline necessary to meet our short term and long term revenue targets and help increase our market share, specifically in North America. 
  • Build and implement a data-driven demand engine that delivers pipeline and revenue while increasing online visibility, through traditional and modern channels, integrated campaigns, team management and your deep expertise in lead generation technology and practices.  
  • Manage, optimize and create ROI for the global marketing technology stack to support North America and Europe. Evaluate if all tools are required and ensure adoption within the marketing, business development and sales teams. 
  • Under the guidance of the CMO and in collaboration with product marketing, transform our website into Sidetrade’s number one lead generation channel. 
  • Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing marketing team with a strong culture of accountability. 
  • Manage your marketing budget efficiently. 
  • Using data driven insights and according to established KPIs, measure and always optimize program performance.  
  • Ensure cross collaboration with key sales stakeholders across your geography and globally. 
  • Ability to work remotely with Europe daily. 
  • Travel in North America and to Europe as required. 

 What you’ll need to be successful: 

  • 15+ years experience in Cloud / SaaS enterprise application marketing (B2B). 
  • Equally strategic and executional -- comfortable in the boardroom and in the CRM. 
  • Passionate about data, technology, outcomes and continuous improvement. 
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ABM, integrated campaigns and events. 
  • Expertise with a marketing and BDR tech stack including: 6Sense, Marketo, Salesloft, Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, Cognism, Asana, PressIndex, GoToWebinar, Wistia, Google GTM, Search Console, Analytics, Ads, Semrush, Zapier, Proofjump. 
  • Proven track record in developing and executing marketing programs that drive leads, pipeline and revenue. 
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, customer success, business development and product marketing teams to execute high-impact programs. 
  • Collaborative, data-driven and strategic mindset. 
  • Confidence in budgeting, forecasting and marketing ROI. 
  • Strong people management skills with the ability to identify, develop, and retain talent. 
  • Excellent written and verbal skills. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. MBA a plus.
