Our team in Integrated Control Solutions (ICS) is looking for a Senior Director, Global Head of Sales to join them. You will report to the Vice President, Integrated Control Solutions and will have a hybrid work schedule in a Moog Industrial Group location.

Summary:

The Senior Director, Global Head of Sales is a strategic executive leadership role responsible for defining and executing the global commercial growth strategy for Integrated Control Solutions. This leader will build and lead a unified commercial organization by integrating Sales, Business Development, Sales Engineering, Project Management and Inside Sales into a cohesive global team. Reporting to the Vice President of ICS, the role will drive commercial excellence, accelerate profitable growth, and champion customer-centric practices across all regions.

To be considered for Senior Director, Global Head of Sales, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • Significant executive-level leadership experience in industrial, automation, motion control, or engineered solutions markets.

  • Proven track record of delivering profitable growth in global B2B environments.

  • Strong commercial, financial and strategic acumen.

  • Experience leading large-scale business transformation and organizational change.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders, customers and cross-functional teams globally.

  • Experience leading geographically dispersed commercial organizations.

As a Senior Director, Global Head of Sales, you will:

  • Define and execute the global commercial growth strategy for the ICS business.

  • Own sales performance, margin growth, forecasting accuracy and pipeline governance.

  • Lead and develop a high-performing global commercial organization.

  • Align regional teams around a common vision for growth, customer success and commercial excellence.

  • Drive integration of Sales, Business Development, Sales Engineering, Project Management and Inside Sales into one commercial structure.

  • Partner with Product Management and Engineering to translate customer insights into profitable growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate across Moog Industrial businesses to increase cross-selling and strategic account penetration.

  • Partner with Marketing and the Growth Breakthrough Objective (BTO) team to accelerate commercial initiatives and growth programs.

  • Represent Moog with key strategic customers and partners globally.

  • Develop commercial leadership talent and succession pipelines.

Salary Range Transparency:

Buffalo, NY $1.00–$1.00 Annually

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
