The Role
AT A GLANCE

As the Senior Director, Consumer Experience & Marketing Strategy, you will help to define and merchandise a consumer-focused go-to-market strategy that harmonizes the product experience across our platform. You will work cross-functionally with product, design, marketing, engineering, and analytics teams to ensure alignment and consistency in user interactions and product messaging to support our user acquisition and retention goals. Your leadership will directly impact how consumers engage with our platform, optimizing discovery, usability, accessibility, and overall satisfaction. We’re looking for a leader who has an appreciation for design and an ability to translate product value propositions into compelling consumer stories and messaging. 

Where You'll Be

To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on an in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our Minneapolis office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You’ll Do
  • Define and implement a cohesive product and merchandising strategy to create a unified consumer experience at all entry points 
  • Develop, test, and refine marketing value propositions used both within product experiences and across marketing channels (website, social, email, etc.). 
  • Develop a strategy to merchandise registered and authenticated user flows and products. 
  • Champion the GTM strategy and direction for a user-centric design approach
  • Own innovation and enhancement processes to optimize the product experience - focused on revenue growth and retention
What We’re Looking For
  • 10+ years of experience in developing DTC GTM strategies
  • Strong DTC experience with a deep understanding of consumer behavior, digital marketing, and e-commerce strategies in the in the digital health space
  • Visionary leader with a proven track record of designing and implementing unified user experiences across a complex digital platform
  • Problem solver who utilizes data and industry best practices to drive solutions
  • Expert in crafting a compelling narrative that articulates the problem you aim to solve and the envisioned future, coupled with a keen ability to delve into intricate specifics.

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

  • Starting Salary: $154,000 - $200,000* 
    *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
