Build accurate media plans, validate inventory, process changes, maintain order management systems, and coordinate with AdOps, Performance, Sales, and other teams. Support billing accuracy, revenue protection, client inquiries, renewals, and retention. Develop proposals for pharmaceutical and wellness advertisers, optimize campaigns, and serve as a subject matter expert while ensuring timely delivery and strong client satisfaction.

Lead procurement for software/SaaS, AI/ML, and contracted services: negotiate agreements, manage renewals/utilization, optimize spend, oversee SOWs and vendor performance, and coach a small purchasing team while partnering with Legal, Security, IT, and Business Ops.
