Please note: This is not a Remote role and will require the incumbent to be based in Taguig, Philippines and follow a hybrid work schedule. This is a People Leader/ People Manager role.
The Senior Director, Regional Delivery is responsible for executing the Employee Experience hub strategy and ensuring the seamless delivery of HR services across different domains. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, innovation and transformation with strong focus on experience, internal and external, while enhancing organizational capabilities across these critical areas, aligned with the Company Growth Strategy.
What You’ll Do for Us:

This role represents the Employee Experience Hub as the Site lead in Manila for all employees, playing a key role in fostering a strong transformational culture and high engagement levels for those that report to the role as well as the different teams represented in the region.

The position is part of the regional HR Leadership Team and will act as the AMA Account Manager.

The individual will be responsible for leading the Employee Care operations and the QA and Governance agenda globally, working closely with the Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility, Total Rewards, Payroll, People and Culture community among other to drive a common agenda.

The Senior Director, Regional Delivery Lead, in alignment with the AMERICAS lead and the Europe Account Management lead, will co-lead the implementation of the Global Employee Experience strategy. This includes the development of structure and road maps to evolve and transform the Global organization through digital platforms and solutions, improved ways of working, following the Enterprise Services promise to make things simpler, better and faster. Ensuring to deliver optimal results and the best experience for the business supported and for its own teams, creating value to our employees and stakeholders, aligned with the Company’s Growth agenda.

This role will also lead delivery of region-specific initiatives as required and provide thought leadership, region insights and dynamic resource allocations to ensure business opportunities are captured on a local basis.

This role will pilot large initiatives in the region that can be scaled globally and must bring an ability to think systemically. Must be able to influence the direction of the Global Regional Delivery and build a strong, capable organization to deliver the core services in-line with agreed benchmarks, key metrics and financial targets.
Qualifications & Requirements:

University/bachelor’s degree required, Postgraduate/Master’s Degree preferred

Minimum of 12-15 years of progressive Corporate HR / Shared Services experience
-
10+ years of hands-on experience in Customer service, HRIS, Talent and/or other HR functional areas. Experience with multiple disciplines in HR required

Familiarity with running a global operation that span multiple time zones and cultures. Commercial mindset with a proven track record of delivering against a business plan.

Strong collaboration, influencing and negotiation skills to navigate the highly complex and matrixed organization.

Strong listening and interpersonal skills are required to balance and negotiate interests of multiple stakeholders throughout the organization.

Track record for managing a significant amount of resources and developing and advancing leaders within their organizations

Ability to manage a globally diverse distributed team with a strong focus on collaboration and a process improvement mindset
