What you’ll Do:
We’re looking for a Sr. Director, AI Products and Solutions to lead the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our Generative AI initiatives. In this role, you'll drive the application of Data Science, AI, and ML to deliver measurable business outcomes, elevate the customer experience, and enhance employee productivity.
You’ll serve as a key bridge between business and technology, championing the vision for our advanced AI capabilities. With a growing portfolio of proven AI use cases—including virtual assistants and agentic capabilities—this role will guide what’s next, bringing thought leadership to prioritize, shape, and scale the most impactful opportunities in the funnel.
Success in this role will require blending a deep understanding of AI technologies with the mindset and discipline of a digital product owner—owning the full product lifecycle from discovery and validation through delivery, adoption, and iteration.
- Provide strategic direction and ownership across a range of high-potential AI use cases, building on existing momentum in virtual assistants and agentic technologies.
- Lead product discovery efforts to identify user needs and translate business goals into product features with high impact and adoption.
- Define and manage product roadmaps, backlogs, and success metrics in close alignment with key stakeholders and users.
- Translate requirements into clear, actionable user stories and partner with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Foster close collaboration between business, engineering, and design teams to continuously improve the product experience.
- Utilize agile delivery practices, ensuring frequent releases and feedback loops are embedded in the development process.
- Analyze usage data, conduct user research, and iterate based on insights to drive continuous product improvement.
- Champion a user-first approach while ensuring AI solutions align with business objectives and compliance standards.
- Own the product lifecycle from inception to scale, including enablement, training, and change management.
- Stay informed on B2B commerce, AI, and enterprise SaaS trends to ensure our platforms remain innovative and competitive.
- Support additional responsibilities and strategic projects as needed.
Requirements We Look For:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Product Management, or a related field.
- Agile or Scrum certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a digital environment—ideally involving AI, data platforms, or B2B applications.
- Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle, from discovery through delivery and post-launch optimization.
- Deep technical expertise in Data Science, AI, and ML, with a demonstrated ability to convert complex tech into practical business solutions.
- Experience applying agile, lean, or dual-track product methodologies to manage delivery and innovation in parallel.
- Strong business acumen and a track record of driving measurable outcomes in customer experience, sales, or operational efficiency.
- Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills; thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
