POS ITION SUMMARY
Integrity Wealth is seeking a Senior Director, Advisor Transition to run the function that moves newly recruited advisors and their books onto the platform. This leader owns the end-to-end transition playbook — pre-resignation readiness, account transfer execution, exception management, and platform adoption — and leads a 17-person organization spanning the
Transition Center of Excellence, project leadership, and shared services, so that every advisor reaches full production quickly, cleanly, and with a white-glove experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own the multi-wave transition playbook from pre-resignation readiness through handoff to Advisor Success.
• Lead and develop the transitions organization, including the Transition Center of Excellence and the project leadership team.
• Manage flexible vendor capacity as a surge valve against recruiting volume.
• Guarantee day-one business readiness and real-time exception management on every live transition.
• Continuously improve cycle times, automation, and the advisor transition experience.
• Own capacity planning against the recruiting pipeline so transition throughput never constrains recruiting volume.
SUCCESS MEASURES
• Recruited assets ramped to 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, and 90% of book value across months one through five
• Exception rate below 10%; time to first fee below 45 days
• Advisor net promoter score of 70 or better by day 90
• On-time handoff to Advisor Success at month five
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Ten or more years in wealth management operations or advisor transitions, including direct leadership of an onboarding or transition function.
• Has personally led transitions of practices in the $100 million and above range, with familiarity in multi-wave conversion planning at scale.
• Deep working knowledge of account transfer mechanics, exception root-cause management, and account opening workflow.
• Experience with document and workflow automation platforms and customer relationship management systems.
• Vendor management experience, including scaling surge capacity against variable volume.
• Bachelor's degree required.
