Reporting to the Digital PR Director, you will develop our Digital PR function, taking the lead on digital public relations campaigns, working with SEO teams, content strategists, and data analysts to create earned media strategies that achieve measurable results.

You'll manage multiple campaigns while maintaining the highest standards of creativity, storytelling, and building relations with journalists and media outlets. At Jellyfish, we are committed to promoting professional growth. This is both a strategic and hands-on role, where you will use your leadership, campaign execution, and client management skills.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Develop public relations strategies and earned media campaigns, from research and brainstorming to media outreach and reporting.
• Conduct competitor and backlink analysis, and lead backlink acquisition strategies.
• Identify newsjacking and reactive PR opportunities, building relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers across multiple industries.
• Present campaign plans, results, and insights to our international clients, becoming a trusted strategic advisor.
• Work with SEO, content, and creative teams to ensure campaign success.
• Support new business and pitch efforts, winning and retaining high-value client accounts.
• Stay ahead of new trends in Digital PR, SEO, and content marketing.

• Over 4 years of experience in Digital Public Relations, leading multiple campaigns simultaneously from brainstorming to execution in an marketing agency.
• Understanding of SEO and link-building, and how Digital PR contributes to organic search success.
• Expertise in media outreach and journalist relations.
• Storytelling skills to create compelling narratives that earn media coverage.
• Client management experience, leading strategic discussions and presenting campaign results.
• You love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
• You seek and implement solutions to refine and automate processes.
• You produce unique ideas and experiment with new methods and technologies to solve complex issues.
