As a Senior Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for implementing digital projects and large-scale transformation programs at multiple sites and functions at a global level within the Taste Business Unit.
In this role, you will oversee and drive critical projects that span across our various operations departments. The successful candidate will ensure seamless coordination and execution, leveraging their expertise to manage complex timelines, budgets, and large cross-functional project teams. By delivering on high-impact initiatives, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our operational efficiency and overall business performance.
Identify business opportunities and translate them into quantified improvement potential through strong business acumen and data-driven insights.
Develop and implement transformative digital & OT programs with clear impact quantification, deployment strategies and expert resource involvement.
Drive large-scale digital transformation initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites, functions, and business units globally.
Manage complex relationships within the project teams but also externally with the site teams and key business partners.
Coordinate large multi-functional teams including data (analytics) engineers, data scientists, designers as well as inputs of multiple end user stakeholders in a complex environment.
Ensure successful project execution by managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.
Champion digital transformation and foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision making.
Coach and guide other colleagues on key digital themes in the manufacturing area, Advanced Analytics, Process Digitalization & Automation and Robotics to be used in the manufacturing areas.
Act as ambassador of the digital transformation and culture. Apply both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies to deliver sustainable business results.
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or another Engineering discipline.
Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing environments and industrial operations.
At least 5 years of experience implementing Digital Manufacturing solutions at a regional or global scale.
Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs involving multiple stakeholders and locations.
Strong project management expertise with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead change and deliver results in complex, matrixed organizations.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across all organizational levels.
Experience collaborating with technical teams including analytics, engineering, automation, and digital specialists.
Project Management certification.
Data Science experience/affinity
Product Owner and/or Scrum Master certification.
Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, Lean Manufacturing certification, or previous experience in lean manufacturing.
