Position Overview

Our Customer Success Digital Transformation team works on highly visible and cross-functional projects to drive strategic outcomes for our customers and business stakeholders alike. We act as a central program and project management office (PMO) for digital initiatives in the world of Customer Success.

In this role, you will support digital programs for customer success management platforms and experiences, ensuring that projects are executed successfully. You will perform a wide range of tasks to drive overall implementation of learning program goals and objectives. You'll partner closely with the VP of Customer Success Management at Autodesk, field teams, tech partners, and enablement leads. In addition, you will facilitate operational efficiency, organizational alignment, and internal communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage specific large- and small-scale digital customer success management programs that have a distinct beginning and end.
  • Develop and maintain project/program plans. Regularly update plan with new information, risks, and decisions.
  • Maintain and revise procedures to ensure efficient and effective project operations, which may include managing governance processes, and monitoring and tracking project performance.
  • Communicate with project lead and stakeholders. Work proactively with the project lead to resolve critical issues.
  • Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional meetings to manage programs.
  • Prepare a variety of executive presentations in support of the program objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 7+ years relevant project management work experience. Bonus points if it was in a customer learning team.
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Experience working effectively with global / virtual teams.
  • Strategic thinker with demonstrated creative problem-solving skills.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven and passionate about delivering great experiences.
  • Structured and efficient in planning and coordination of projects.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
