JOB SUMMARY
The Arch Insurance Digital Product Management team has responsibility for solving human and business problems with new technology. This role drives the product strategy, product roadmap development, and market delivery/operation of the product offering in assigned business segment. We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Product Manager with a deep understanding of financial systems and a strong background in the Majesco Billing System. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing digital products related to financial applications, driving product strategy, and collaborating across cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
This is a hybrid, twice-a-week in-office role in our Jersey City, Hartford, Boston, or Raleigh offices.
Essential RESPONSIBILITIES and ACCOUNTABILITIES
Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and own the product strategy and roadmap for financial systems and applications, specifically around the Majesco Billing platform.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, operations, IT, and other teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including ideation, design, development, testing, and launch, while working closely with engineering teams.
User Experience Optimization: Partner with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly and efficient financial application interfaces that improve customer satisfaction and engagement.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Use data analytics to monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay current on industry trends, user needs, and competitors' offerings, particularly in financial technology and billing systems.
Project Management: Oversee multiple product initiatives and coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely delivery of product features and functionalities.
Compliance and Security: Ensure that all financial applications meet regulatory, compliance, and security standards, particularly concerning payment processing and data protection.
Customer Advocacy: Act as a voice of the customer, providing insights and feedback to continuously improve product features and functionalities.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Knowledge & Skills:
- A background in the insurance industry or related business environment.
- Strong functional expertise in financial systems and applications, with hands-on experience in the Majesco Billing System.
- Experience synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data to drive decisions for building best-in-class digital products.
- Understanding of product lifecycle development.
- Experience defining digital content experiences (experience with insurance products helpful).
- Ability to evaluate, analyze and interpret the voice of the customer through a variety of data sources.
- Ability to be strategic and tactical in day-to-day interactions.
- Demonstrated knowledge of digital channels and platforms (e.g., web, mobile, client PC, partner products, social, video).
- Familiarity with technologies utilized in the industry and the ability to see their impact.
- Good consensus-building skills.
- Ability to convey technical concepts in a clear, understandable way.
- Ability to overcome internal barriers and negotiate resource constraints to produce successful digital initiatives.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Prior experience working with 3rd party vendors to deliver results.
- Ability to establish credibility, influence and effective working relationships with peers and stakeholders.
- Comfortable interacting and partnering at all levels across the organization.
- Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven and rapidly changing environment.
Education & Experience:
Required knowledge & skills would typically be acquired through a Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science or related field (or equivalent in experience) with 7 - 10 years or related experience.

For individuals assigned or hired to work in the location(s) indicated below, the base salary range is provided. Range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible.
$150,000 - $220,000/year

Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs. The above pay range may be modified in the future.
