As a Senior Digital Product Manager, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of critical digital capabilities that power OptumRx member experiences. You will partner with business, engineering, architecture, and operations teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver scalable solutions across Identity, Authentication, SSO, Member Profile, Eligibility, and API platforms.
The ideal candidate combines solid product management expertise with technical acumen and experience delivering customer-focused healthcare digital products.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Own product strategy, roadmap, priorities, and backlog for assigned digital and platform capabilities
- Translate business and customer needs into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications
- Lead product delivery for Identity & Access Management, Login, Registration, Single Sign-On (SSO), Member Profile, Eligibility, and API-based capabilities
- Partner with Engineering and Architecture teams to evaluate solutions, technical dependencies, scalability, security, and integration requirements
- Drive product discovery, backlog readiness, release planning, and prioritization decisions
- Manage stakeholder alignment and cross-functional dependencies across multiple teams
- Define measurable outcomes and leverage customer, operational, and technical insights to drive roadmap decisions
- Communicate product vision, priorities, risks, and trade-offs to technical and business stakeholders
- Support production platforms by prioritizing enhancements, modernization efforts, resiliency improvements, and defect resolution
- Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, MCA, or related technical discipline
- 7+ years of Product Manager/Product Owner experience, including healthcare technology or digital healthcare platforms
- Experience creating product roadmaps, user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes, and MVP definitions
- Experience working in Agile environments using Jira, Rally, Aha!, or similar product management tools
- Solid analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience
- OptumRx, PBM, healthcare consumer platforms, or healthcare informatics experience
- Identity & Access Management (IAM), Login, Registration, Authentication, and SSO platforms
- API-driven products, system integrations, and cloud-native digital platforms
- Leading digital transformation and modernization initiatives, including migration from legacy to cloud-native architectures
- Delivering personalized member experiences through identity, profile, and eligibility services
- Proven experience owning end-to-end product lifecycle management
- Experience delivering scalable, customer-centric digital products in healthcare and regulated industries
- Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, authentication flows, and enterprise platforms
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across complex, cross-functional environments
