This is an exciting opportunity to join our Health Services team at a pivotal point in our digital transformation journey. You'll take ownership of strategically important healthcare experiences, helping to shape the future of how customers engage with Bupa across digital channels.

Working within a multidisciplinary product team, you'll define product vision, shape strategy, and lead the delivery of customer-centric solutions that solve real-world healthcare challenges. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across clinical, operational, technology and commercial teams, using data, customer insight and market trends to drive meaningful change.

If you're passionate about creating intuitive digital experiences, enjoy solving complex problems, and thrive in an environment where you can influence strategy while delivering tangible outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Use customer insight, behavioural data and market trends to identify opportunities and prioritise the work that delivers the greatest impact.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring user needs remain at the centre of product decision-making.
  • Partner with engineering, design, data and business stakeholders to translate complex challenges into clear product solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement across key customer journeys, including digital self-service, appointment booking, and healthcare access experiences.
  • Lead and influence senior stakeholders across the organisation, building alignment around product priorities and strategic objectives.
  • Measure product performance through OKRs, customer feedback and business outcomes, ensuring products continually evolve to meet changing customer needs.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation and customer-centric thinking within your product squad.

Key skills and qualifications

  • Significant experience in Digital Product Management, Product Management or Senior Product Management roles.
  • Proven track record of owning and delivering customer-facing digital products from concept through to launch and optimisation.
  • Strong experience defining product strategy, roadmaps and measurable business outcomes.
  • Demonstrable success improving customer journeys, digital experiences and service propositions.
  • Experience working within agile, cross-functional product teams in large organisations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, Figma and analytics platforms.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and solving complex business challenges.
  • Experience within healthcare, health technology, insurance or other highly regulated industries would be advantageous but is not essential.
