The Role
What you’ll do

As a Senior Associate Digital Performance, you will join the Patients France team to lead and optimize our digital acquisition strategies with a strong focus on Mobile and the Doctolib App. 

Your goal: increase the number of patients and medical appointments booked via Doctolib in France through a data-driven and performance-oriented approach.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Optimize Mobile and App Acquisition Campaigns: Manage campaigns across different platforms and medias (Google, Apple, Meta Ads,..) to enhance performance.
  • Develop A/B testing strategies: Aim to improve conversion rates and maximize the ROI of mobile and App campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance: Focus on metrics like CPA, ROAS, LTV to identify growth opportunities using tools such as Google Sheets, Tableau, Metabase, or MMP platforms.
  • Create detailed creative briefs for data-driven marketing assets: Collaborate with the Brand & Design team.
  • Share insights and best practices: Engage with marketing teams in France, Germany, and Italy, as well as SEO, Product, and CRM teams.
  • Support other verticals and explore new business opportunities: Align with market evolution and patient needs.

You could be our next team mate if you have:
  • 5 years of experience In-depth experience in performance marketing, with strong expertise in mobile and App acquisition and ASO (AppTweak).
  • Excellent command of Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and the Google ecosystem (Search and Display) to automate your campaigns.
  • Advanced experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data visualization tools (Google Sheets, Tableau, Metabase, MMP (Adjust).
  • Ability to synthesize analyses into clear recommendations and present them effectively 
  • Excellent proficiency in French (working language) and English.
Now, it would be fantastic if you:
  • Have Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Showcase strong attention to detail and ownership over your own work streams
  • Have already worked in the HealthTech Sector or marketplace platforms
