Markon is seeking a Digital Network Exploitation Analyst (DNEA) to support an Intelligence Community client in Chantilly, Virginia. As part of a multidisciplinary team, the DNEA will develop a comprehensive understanding of mission projects and collaborate with technical and operational teams to analyze, develop, integrate, and refine end-to-end CONOPS and collection strategies using a variety of technical tools. This position will apply advanced digital network analysis and exploitation expertise to translate mission requirements into effective technical solutions.
Responsibilities- Serve as a senior technical contributor within a multidisciplinary mission team supporting digital network exploitation activities.
- Analyze digital network technologies, protocols, and associated technical environments in support of mission objectives.
- Develop, integrate, and refine end-to-end CONOPS and collection strategies.
- Use analytic and exploitation tools to identify and assess information relevant to technical collection activities.
- Translate operational and mission requirements into actionable technical approaches and solutions.
- Analyze network protocols and identify potential technical vulnerabilities.
- Provide technical advice and guidance to mission partners, stakeholders, and other team members.
- Apply knowledge of customer digital and network platforms and tools when developing technical approaches.
- Collaborate with Intelligence Community partners to coordinate technical capabilities and collection strategies.
- Evaluate technical challenges and recommend approaches that align available tools and capabilities with mission requirements.
- Share advanced technical knowledge and expertise across the team in support of mission execution.
Required:
- An active TS/SCI with FSP (preferrably from this client) is required to be considered.
- Bachelor’s degree related to the technical discipline and at least 11 years of proven experience analyzing digital network technologies; OR
- Associate’s degree and at least 13 years of related experience; OR
- No degree and at least 15 years of related experience.
- Experience using analytic and exploitation tools.
- Demonstrated ability to provide technical advice and translate mission or operational requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience analyzing network protocols and identifying vulnerabilities.
- Previous and current experience with customer digital and network platforms and tools, including interaction with Intelligence Community partners.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary technical and operational teams.
Desired:
- Previous technical targeting experience.
- Chinese language skills.
- Completion within the last 3 years of commercially available network and/or cloud security training covering areas such as:
- Cloud concepts and architecture.
- Cloud data security.
- Cloud platform and infrastructure security.
- Cloud application security.
- Cloud security operations.
- Legal, risk, and compliance considerations.
