We’re looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Project Manager who makes sure it is.

This position is only open to candidates who will be employed directly by us. We do not work with contractors or agencies for this role.

Job Description

You own delivery from idea to execution.

  • Lead projects across strategy, marketing, and design
  • Bring structure to complex, multi-disciplinary work
  • Define clear scopes, timelines, and priorities
  • Ensure teams stay focused on what matters most
  • Manage stakeholders and keep clients aligned and informed
  • Identify risks early and act on them
  • Balance quality, speed, and budget
  • Support teams in making better decisions and trade-offs
  • Help create a way of working that is scalable and sustainable

You don’t just track progress you drive it.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital project management (agency or consultancy)
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams
  • Strong skills in planning, prioritization, and stakeholder management
  • Experience working on digital, social media marketing, or ecommerce projects
  • Confidence to challenge both clients and internal teams
  • Calm under pressure - you bring clarity in complexity
  • A pragmatic mindset focused on getting things done
  • Fluent in English & Dutch. French is a nice to have
  • Experience coaching more junior project managers is a strong plus
