Proven experience managing large-scale digital projects and multiple priorities

Job Responsibilities
- Serves as product owner for content and information architecture on the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta external facing websites, focusing on user experience, governance and alignment with best practices.
- Acts as the primary liaison between the digital team and IS&T, leading website-related development projects, timelines, and vendor partnerships.
- Asks insightful questions and ensures strategic alignment with stakeholders before kicking off a project. Able to create clear project plans with tasks, owners, milestones and communication cadence.
- Guides website strategy with initiative and curiosity, ensuring alignment with business goals, marketing campaigns and user needs.
- Collaborates on SEO initiatives, including technical audits, keyword strategy, and performance tracking.
- Proactive in identifying opportunities to enhance website platforms and optimize digital campaigns based on site engagement data and user insights.
- Analyze site engagement and user behavior; design and maintain analytics reports and present insights and recommendations to improve performance, UX, lead generation, and user engagement.
- Oversees content governance processes to ensure quality, accessibility, and consistency across digital platforms.
