The Role

Our Koddi travel team is looking for a senior Digital Marketing Analyst. As a Senior Digital Marketing Analyst, you will implement short—and long-term strategies for building client relationships and driving revenue growth. You will develop and set account objectives and targets. In this position, you will proactively lead the account planning processes, establish performance objectives based on the underlying marketing analytics, and ensure that our global accounts receive seamless, high-end service.

What you will do

  • Ensure retention and growth targets are met, focusing on value addition and customer satisfaction.
  • In close collaboration with the account director, create and drive forward the client engagement strategy for your assigned book of business.
  • Prepare and perform quarterly business reviews with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and align key product initiatives between top-tier clients and Koddi, ensuring the delivery of agreed-upon marketing KPI’s, services, solutions, or products.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the company's business with existing global accounts
  • Ensure retention and growth targets are met, focusing on value addition and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Product Development, Engineering) to ensure accounts receive seamless service.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, sharing their needs & feedback
  • Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise promptly and effectively.
  • Mentor and develop junior members within the team
  • Foster cooperation, communication, and teamwork across account teams globally, across teams and branches; foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence within the teams
  • Solve big problems and drive greater business objectives through digital marketing
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure key dates are met
  • Work with leading metasearch partners to implement new product lines
  • Communicate digital trends that are shaping the travel industry

What skills and experience you bring

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. Preference for related degree in marketing, economics, mathematics or business analytics
  • 4-6 years of experience in Hospitality + SaaS industry
  • Proven expertise in global/Strategic account management or senior marketing analyst role
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
  • Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales & project management processes
  • Experience managing relationships across multiple geographies
  • You bring a high-energy with ability to be a team player who is a fast learner and is at ease with technology
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong Excel background (this role works heavily within Excel)
  • Strong data visualization as these results will be shared with clients to make more informed and strategic decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Business Fluency in spoken and written English; French is a plus
