Brown Brothers Harriman is seeking a Digital Experience Team Lead to join the Digital product team in our Krakow office and manage the usage analytics discipline. As the team’s usage analytics expert, the team lead will manage a program that defines and implements process and technology solutions that deliver value from usage measurement strategies. Utilizing tools including Adobe Analytics and Qlik, the team lead will collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify success metrics, develop analytical dashboards and help stakeholders identify trends and actionable observations. As a team lead in our Digital product organization, this role engages with the entire product lifecycle including: discovery, ideation, prototyping, usability, implementation, adoption and feedback. Additionally, the Team Lead will have exposure to and collaborate with: relationship management, client service, voice of client, product and technology stakeholders. Under the direction of the Product Head, the lead will establish a program roadmap, manage priorities, collaborate with stakeholders and partner with technologists for implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Management
- Structure and manage a multithreaded program that matures the usage analytics value proposition, technology architecture and adoption
- Architect and drive Adobe Analytics configurations, including dimensions, metrics, and event tracking to capture success metrics
- Create and customize Qlik dashboards to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with product management, relationship and client service stakeholders to identify success metrics and implement dashboards that deliver actionable insights
- Perform ad hoc analysis to validate hypotheses, answer business questions and support data-driven decision-making
- Drive exploratory data analysis that marries qualitative research with quantitative metrics
- Stay up-to-date with the latest usage analytics best practices, informing the program roadmap and approach
Project Management
- Lead the execution of key activities and workstreams
- Apply project management best practices to organize, monitor, and control project activities.
- Coordinate across multiple functional/technical disciplines
- Recognize, track and report project risks and actions to offset them
Collaboration & Engagement
- Organize and lead meetings, workshops, training sessions and product demonstrations
- Take a collaborative approach to problem solving, engaging experts in multiple disciplines
- Be recognized as having depth of knowledge and subject matter expertise with the analytics program
- Provide input with respect to product and platform vision, value proposition and roadmap
- Model inclusive behaviors that demonstrate commitment to a workplace that values diversity of thought, background, and perspective
Education level/ Relevant Experience(s) required:
- Bachelor’s degree and any relevant certifications
- 5+ years of business and technical experience with measuring digital engagement utilizing analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
- Proven experience with BI tools such as Qlik, Tableau or Power BI
- Proven expertise in configuring and managing Usage Analytics platforms, including tag management, event tracking, custom dimensions, and data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Program structuring and management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including notable relationship building skills
- Collaborative and empathetic approach to engaging in a cross functional and globally diverse environment
- Understanding of limitations and controls required by data privacy regulations and firm risk or ethics policies
Other Requirements
- Data analytics or data science certifications or course completions
- Proficiency with MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Agile tools including Jira and Confluence
- Familiarity with front-end programming languages such as Java
