Our hybrid work style (3 days in the office) gives us the face-to-face time to have creative conversations, meaningful meetings, make quick decisions and build relationships. And it’s flexible enough to give you the space to do your best work.
Your role
As a Senior Growth Designer, you’ll take ownership of key design initiatives at the intersection of marketing, product, and monetization, using data-driven insights to optimize user engagement and business growth, with particular focus on mobile. You'll blend creativity with strategy, designing high-impact deliverables, running experiments, and identifying innovative opportunities to drive conversions, retention, and revenue.
Objectives

Optimize for performance: Identify drop-offs, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve acquisition, activation, monetization, retention, and engagement using data-driven insights.

Experiment and iterate: Design and execute A/B tests, leverage user behavior data, and apply emerging patterns to enhance user experiences and business outcomes.

Drive innovation: Develop and propose high-level marketing and business transformation concepts that challenge the status quo, expand market reach, and create new opportunities.

Influence strategy: Socialize insights and learnings across cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to drive data-informed decision-making.

Design with adaptability: Create high-performing, responsive digital assets optimized for mobile-first experiences while ensuring seamless adaptability across devices.

Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with marketers, product managers, and monetization specialists to design experiences that maximize engagement and conversion.

Enhance UX and UI: Partner with product designers to improve usability, visual hierarchy, and user flow based on testing and research.

Manage multiple initiatives: Balance multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining quality, creativity, and strategic impact.
Competencies
Core Competencies

Growth Design Expertise – +5 years of experience in growth design or a related field.

Mobile & Responsive Design Proficiency – At least 2 years of hands-on experience designing for mobile and responsive platforms.

Creative & Analytical Balance – Ability to merge creativity with data-driven decision-making to optimize design outcomes.

Effective Communication – Strong presentation and justification skills to articulate design choices clearly.
