We are seeking a talented individual to join the Superannuation Marketing team at Marsh. This role will be based in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or Adelaide. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. 


Senior Digital Content Writer - Fixed Term Contract


This is a 12-month fixed-term contract role for an experienced Senior Digital Content Writer. You will join the Superannuation Strategic Content team and help create clear, engaging and accessible digital content for the Superannuation website. Working closely with colleagues across Digital, Product, Legal, Compliance and other stakeholder groups, you will turn complex superannuation and financial information into content that helps customers find, understand and act on the information they need. 


We will count on you to: 


  • Lead the creation, review and optimisation of high-quality content across the Superannuation website 
  • Write digital content that is clear, engaging, accessible and customer-focused 
  • Translate complex superannuation and financial information into plain English that is easy to understand 
  • Contribute to information architecture and site structure by recommending content groupings, page hierarchy, navigation labels and pathways 
  • Partner with Digital/UX and Product teams on content audits, journey mapping and sitemap or page structure recommendations 
  • Ensure content aligns with brand standards, legal and regulatory requirements and digital content best practice 
  • Apply UX writing principles, SEO best practice and customer insights to improve readability, discoverability and overall experience 
  • Use in-house AI tools to support research, content development and optimisation while maintaining editorial quality, accuracy and compliance 
  • Manage stakeholder reviews, feedback and content delivery across multiple initiatives 

What you need to have:


  • A bachelor’s degree, or higher, in journalism, marketing, communications or a related field 
  • Experience in superannuation, financial services or another highly regulated industry 
  • At least 5 years’ experience writing for digital platforms, with demonstrated ability to simplify complex information 
  • Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills, with a high level of attention to detail
