We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team in building, operating, and optimizing infrastructure that supports large-scale research and product development projects at VinFast.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work across both Cloud and On-Premise environments, contributing to the deployment and operation of CI/CD platforms, Kubernetes clusters, monitoring systems, databases, security solutions, and infrastructure automation frameworks.
- Design, deploy, and operate infrastructure across Cloud and On-Premise environments.
- Build, optimize, and automate CI/CD pipelines for software development projects
- Manage and optimize Kubernetes platforms, containerized environments, and middleware systems.
- Develop and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure system reliability and observability.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Participate in incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and implementation of preventive measures.
- Apply security best practices, optimize infrastructure costs, and continuously improve operational efficiency.
RequirementsMust-Have
- 3–5 years of experience in DevOps, System Engineering, Platform Engineering, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience with both Cloud and On-Premise infrastructure environments.
- Strong Linux administration and infrastructure automation skills.
- Proven experience deploying and operating Kubernetes in production environments.
- Solid understanding of Networking, Security, Monitoring, and CI/CD practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and system-thinking capabilities.
- High sense of ownership, proactive mindset, and ability to solve complex technical challenges.
- Experience with AWS and/or GCP.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Knowledge of Service Mesh, Observability, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Platform Engineering concepts.
- Experience working with large-scale systems or R&D environments
