About the role
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer who will own, architect, and scale our cloud infrastructure on AWS. You will be part of a high-impact engineering team building a secure, scalable, and automated platform powering our global fintech products.
This role is ideal for someone who is deeply passionate about automation, reliability, Kubernetes, cloud-native tooling, and security-by-design.
You will work closely with backend engineers, security, and product teams to build world-class infrastructure with strong DevSecOps principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure & Automation
- Architect, build, and maintain highly available environments on AWS.
- Manage and optimize our Kubernetes clusters.
- Implement IaC using Terraform and GitOps workflows.
- Build automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Security & Compliance
- Implement DevSecOps practices at every stage of SDLC.
- Work with CDNs and WAFs to secure infrastructure.
- Work with compliance team to ensure infrastructure meets internal and external standards.
- Logging & Monitoring
- Optimize logging pipelines.
- Implementing monitoring, alerting and incident response workflows (Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry) and drive a culture of observability.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes across the platform.
- Lead internal POCs for tools, architectures, and workflow optimizations.
- Drive initiatives around efficiency, cost optimization and performance.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8+ years in DevOps/SRE roles.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and ****Kubernetes.
- Proficiency with Terraform, and GitOps practices.
- Ability and willingness to participate in an on-call rotation, handle critical incidents, and drive post-incident improvements.
Nice-To-Haves
- Experience in high-growth fintech or Web3 startups.
- Experience with service mesh and Ingress Controllers.
- Experience with CDNs and WAF.
- Exposure to AI and automation tools to scale operations.
