Job Description
We are looking for a talented Groovy Developer to join our DevOps team. The ideal candidate will have strong scripting skills in Groovy, hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, and a solid understanding of Azure and AWS cloud services. This role involves building and maintaining automation frameworks, optimizing deployment pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Groovy Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain scripts for automation and integration tasks.
- CI/CD Pipeline Management:
- Build, configure, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, ArgoCD, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Cloud Integration:
- Implement and manage deployment workflows in Microsoft Azure and AWS environments.
- DevOps Practices:
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and deployment processes.
- Automation & Optimization:
- Automate repetitive tasks and improve system reliability and scalability.
- Monitoring & Troubleshooting:
- Diagnose and resolve issues in build and deployment pipelines promptly.
Requirements
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Groovy scripting, Kustomize/Helm and Terraform.
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Argo CD, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.).
- Hands-on knowledge of Azure and AWS cloud services (VMs, Storage, Networking, Pipelines).
- DevOps Expertise:
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or ARM or Cloudformation templates.
- Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a must.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
