Senior Azure DevOps Developer
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly curious and influential Senior Azure DevOps Developer to join our small, dynamic software development team in Atlanta. This is a hands-on, hybrid role pivotal to our modernization initiative, transforming a legacy monolithic, multi-version, single-tenant Azure App Service Plan architecture into a scalable, cutting-edge solution.
What You'll Do:
- Initially, you will focus on optimizing the scalability of our existing Azure environment.
- Following this, you will be instrumental in redefining our single-tenant, multi-version strategy, moving towards a more efficient and adaptable architecture.
What You Bring:
- 5–10 years of professional experience in DevOps and software development, with a strong focus on the Microsoft Azure .NET ecosystem (C#, ASP.NET Core).
- Deep expertise in Azure PaaS services, including App Services, SQL Database, Storage, Monitor, and Azure DevOps.
- Solid understanding of single-tenant and multi-tenant SaaS architecture—plus the challenges and best practices for scaling, security, and long-term maintainability in the cloud.
- A true problem-solver mindset with a passion for leveraging AI-powered tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Agentic AI) to drive efficiency and code quality.
- Clear, confident communicator with the ability to influence technical decisions and collaborate across teams.
- Proven curiosity, initiative, and innovation—especially in fast-paced, high-visibility modernization projects where quality and productivity matter.
- A proactive, AI-first developer mindset with a drive to make a meaningful impact.
