As a Senior DevOps/SRE Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and operating cloud infrastructure at scale. You will play a key role in establishing and maintaining AWS multi-account environments, driving GitOps practices, and ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our Kubernetes-based platforms.
This is a hands-on senior role with a strong focus on ownership, automation, and collaboration with product and engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and operate AWS multi-account environments, ensuring security, stability, and scalability.
- Manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Operate and support Kubernetes clusters in production environments.
- Implement and maintain GitOps workflows using ArgoCD and/or FluxCD.
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
- Ensure system reliability through monitoring, alerting, and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
- Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to improve delivery, automation, and platform reliability.
- Apply security best practices and support compliance requirements.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, including multi-account setups (e.g. Landing Zone, Control Tower).
- Strong production experience with Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with GitOps tools such as ArgoCD and/or FluxCD.
- Strong experience with GitLab CI/CD.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs).
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, PagerDuty).
- Strong programming and scripting skills in Python, Go, Bash, or similar.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams in fast-paced environments.
- Business-level English proficiency (B2 or higher).
Nice to have:
- Strong Linux systems experience.
- Familiarity with fintech regulations (e.g. GDPR, PCI DSS) or financial services experience.
