We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to take on infrastructure, CI/CD, and developer experience challenges. In this role, you’ll lead mission-critical projects, drive infrastructure innovation, and collaborate across teams to improve scalability, reliability, and development workflows. You’ll shape the backbone of our platform while mentoring others and ensuring operational excellence.

The role is based in our Warsaw office - established in 2022, it is a growing hub for engineers who love solving impactful problems.   • Proven experience as a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineer in high-scale production environments.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-native infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and DevEx principles.
  • Experience building and maintaining robust, scalable test infrastructure: embracing a shift-left mindset to integrate testing early, automate quality checks, and leverage AI-powered tools to boost reliability and developer velocity.
  • Deep experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Skilled in infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) and CI/CD systems (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
  • Experience improving developer workflows and tooling, including build/test/deploy pipelines and local dev environments.
  • Familiar with monitoring, alerting, and logging stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
  • Excellent communication skills, a team-first mindset, and a passion for developer empowerment.
  • Nice to have: Experience with performance testing at scale, Playwright (and MCP), contract-based testing using Pact.io, testcontainers, mutation testing - a plus that helps push our quality culture even further.
  • Extra points if you’ve played with AI-assisted development tools - like the OpenAI Agents SDK or LangGraph - and enjoy experimenting with ways to bring intelligence into our testing and DevEx ecosystem.
