We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to help build, operate, and continuously improve the infrastructure, deployment processes, and reliability of our platform. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and optimizing cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring systems, and automation frameworks that support our applications and engineering teams.

This is a hands-on role for someone who has experience managing production environments and enjoys solving complex infrastructure and operational challenges. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Security, and Product teams to improve system reliability, scalability, and performance, while driving automation and operational excellence across the organization. Over time, you’ll have opportunities to lead infrastructure initiatives, improve platform architecture, and influence DevOps best practices throughout the company.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and related tooling to automate build, test, security scanning, and deployment processes.
- Build, manage, and improve Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using technologies such as Crossplane, Terraform, and templating frameworks to ensure consistent and compliant infrastructure provisioning.
- Deploy, administer, and optimize Kubernetes clusters, including workload management, autoscaling, networking, security policies, and platform reliability.
- Manage cloud infrastructure and services across production and non-production environments, ensuring scalability, security, availability, and cost efficiency.
- Support and optimize data platform services, including Snowflake and database environments, ensuring performance, security, backup integrity, and operational stability.
- Plan and execute database upgrades, patching activities, maintenance operations, and recovery procedures with minimal service disruption.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain platform services including Kafka, RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, and other cloud-native or distributed systems.
- Build and enhance GitOps and continuous delivery workflows using ArgoCD and related tooling to enable safe, self-service deployments for engineering teams.
- Administer Linux-based systems, cloud infrastructure, and on-premises environments, including virtualization and networking platforms where applicable.
- Design and implement high availability, disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity solutions across critical systems and services.
- Manage cloud networking components including VPCs, peering, load balancing, ingress controllers, DNS, service meshes, and network security controls.
- Monitor platform health, investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive long-term reliability improvements through automation and operational excellence.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Security, and Operations teams to deliver scalable, production-grade platform solutions.
- Integrate internal and external systems through APIs, identity providers, monitoring platforms, observability tooling, and automation workflows.
- Conduct infrastructure and code reviews, contribute to platform standards, and promote DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering best practices.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, operational procedures, and architectural diagrams.
- Evaluate emerging cloud-native technologies and recommend solutions that improve scalability, reliability, security, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or a related role.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Hands-on experience managing Kubernetes clusters in production environments.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code principles and experience with tools such as Crossplane, Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
- Experience administering Linux-based systems and troubleshooting infrastructure, networking, and application-level issues.
- Working knowledge of databases, including performance tuning, backup strategies, upgrades, and operational support.
- Experience supporting distributed systems and platform services such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, Redis, or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts including DNS, TCP/IP, load balancing, VPNs, firewalls, VPCs, and service-to-service communication.
- Experience with observability and monitoring platforms such as Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack, or OpenTelemetry.
- Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, Go, or similar languages.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently investigate complex production issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience collaborating across engineering and business teams.
- Advanced proficiency in English & Polish, both written and spoken (B2+).
