Provide frontline technical support by triaging, investigating, reproducing, and resolving customer issues across APIs, databases, integrations, and applications. Designs, configures, tests, documents, and supports customer integrations throughout SaaS implementation lifecycles. The role uses APIs, webhooks, SFTP, EDI, data transformations, and middleware while troubleshooting connectivity and validation issues. It leads technical discovery, creates integration flows and test plans, collaborates with customers and internal teams, supports post-launch issues, and improves implementation processes through reusable templates, automation, and documentation.

Own day-to-day relationships with strategic enterprise customers, coordinate launches and vertical operations, translate strategy into execution, remove blockers, track KPIs and health, run business reviews, and identify expansion opportunities to drive SaaS and transportation revenue growth.
