Primary Responsibilities:
- This position is for Sr Dev ops engineer who will be helping with the following items:
- Set up Monitoring
- Automation for MFT platform
- PLM of infrastructures
- Incident and Problem record resolution
- Provide solutions to customers requirement for file transfers
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in IT industry with core domain as Managed File transfer
- Good experience with the github action to build CI/CD pipeline
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
- Hands-on experience with Chef
- Knowledge of Python and shell scripting with various Linux commands and concepts
- Understanding of various MFT concepts and file transfer protocols such as SFTP, FTPS, AS2, cloud transfers
Preferred Qualification:
- Understanding of various cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, AWS

Skills Required
