We are looking for you if you have:
- 3–5 years of experience in software support or DevOps, preferably in supporting highly scalable, secure, and high-performance applications
- Strong knowledge of Linux/UNIX and Windows Server administration
- Basic programming skills in languages such as Java, Scala, Python, or others
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release management
- Basic scripting and automation skills
- Experience with monitoring tools, such as Zabbix
- English level: B2/C1
You'll get extra points for:
- Familiarity with financial markets or trading systems support
- Experience in supporting end users in resolving configuration issues in production environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to incident prevention and resolution
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Your responsibilities:
- Manage incidents, requests, and change tickets
- Provide daily operational support for trading application and environments
- Drive automation of repetitive tasks and manual processes
- Continuously improve support workflows and system reliability
- Develop and maintain monitoring solutions to ensure system health and performance
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies
- Implement, improve, and manage the release pipeline, including automated functional and non-functional testing
- Work closely with end users to troubleshoot and resolve production issues

For our team in Poland, we are looking for a Trading Application Support Engineer, technically passionate, solution-focused.
Our team is a part of the Financial Markets & Group Treasury – Investing IT area of ING. We are responsible for development and maintenance of the system used in the Financial Markets and Global Treasury. Team is dedicated for externally hosted application.
By being part of our team you will actively participate in the support of mentioned systems. Aside of maintenance of the platform you will participate in automation in the context of CI/CD, testing and monitoring for more effective workplace. All tasks will be realized in the Agile framework. Please send your CV in English.
