(Senior) Development Engineer: Digital Semicustom Design (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

• Design of digital blocks such as control logic, BIST and DfT using semi-custom methodology
• Participation in logic synthesis constraining, P&R
• Functional and gate level verification
• Equivalence Checking
• Setup and enhancement of the semi-custom flow
• Assist in silicon design validation
• Prepare documentation

Required Qualifications

• Experience in RTL Coding of digital blocks with Verilog or VHDL, Synthesis, Constraining, STA, RTL and gate level simulations
• Familiarity with full-custom and semi-custom design methodologies.
• Experience in place and route
• Experience with digital interface description
• Degree or equivalent experience in electrical engineering or physics
• Good English written and spoken
• Independent and proactive way of working
• Great teammate and ready to work in an international environment
• Using Artificial Intelligence in order to handle effectively the above mentioned AI-enabled P&R features

The base salary range that Micron estimates it could pay in for this position full-time is:
€76,000.00 - €128,000.00 per year.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base pay for new hire salaries of the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the position.
In addition to base pay, the remuneration package also includes: eligibility for a variable plan subject to the personal achievement of objectives and the company's performance, and benefits, which -at the discretion of the company- currently include meal vouchers, corporate welfare, yearly allowance of remote working days, supplementary health insurance, life coverage, Employee Assistance Program.
