What you will be doing:
Establish trusted partner relationships with wireless research community in the public sector, e.g. US and other Government and public sector entities.
Lead and implement NVIDIA’s strategic goals in 6G and AI Win projects to address public sector use cases.
Engage with public sector partners and drive the ecosystem to bring groundbreaking innovation on NVIDIA’s platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and NVIDIA’s Govt. relations teams, to drive tasks aligned with our mission.
Lead and contribute to industry organizations such as ATIS, AI-RAN and 3GPP.
Analyze sophisticated challenges in realization of AI-native RAN, develop strategies, and implement solutions to achieve project objectives.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technology to drive innovation.
Ensure project deliverables meet or exceed quality benchmarks and align with NVIDIA’s standards of perfection.
What We Need to See:
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in relevant field, e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics (or equivalent experience).
Experience in engaging the research community in the public sector.
12+ years proven experience in Radio Access Network (RAN) architecture, 3GPP standards, and RF system engineering.
Good knowledge of hardware choices for RAN stack, and a vision to evolve the industry to accelerated computing.
Understanding of CUDA, TensorFlow, GPU architecture is a strong plus.
Strong skills in representing the organization at industry bodies, submission of papers and leadership roles.
Proven track record to work in a dynamic, fast-paced entrepreneurial environments and deliver results.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
