About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Power BI Developer (Data Analyst) to design, develop, and maintain scalable business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI.
In this global role, you will partner closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate complex data and reporting requirements into insightful, high‑impact dashboards and reports. You will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights that support decision‑making across the organization, while ensuring data accuracy, performance, and best‑practice BI standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Development
Build and deploy Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models. Create custom visualizations and implement row-level security.
Develop tabular and multidimensional models compatible with data warehouse standards.
Understanding of Data Warehousing data models.
Experience with Relational databases like AWS Aurora, Oracle etc.
Data Integration & Modeling
Connect Power BI to various data sources (AWS redshift, AWS Aurora, Oracle, etc.).
Perform data transformation using Power Query and optimize data models for performance.
Advanced Analytics
Write complex DAX expressions for calculations and KPIs.
Conduct data validation and ensure accuracy across reports.
Collaboration & Support
Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools.
Maintenance & Documentation
Maintain Data Gateways/Workspaces etc.
Document processes, methodologies, and best practices.
Any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications& Competencies:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related field.
Experience: 5+ years as a Power BI Developer or similar BI role.
Technical Skills:
#Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI (Desktop & Service).
#Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
#Experience with AWS Infra and relational databases.
#Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred/Desirable Qualifications:
Experience with Azure Data Services, Power BI Embedded, or Power BI Premium.
Knowledge of Python/R for advanced analytics.
