Role summary
You will lead the design and development of high-traffic, web and mobile-first applications supporting retail, eCommerce, and small parcel business segments. This role focuses on delivering secure, scalable, and high-performance full stack solutions integrated with enterprise backend systems to drive revenue growth and enhance customer and supplier experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop web and mobile-first applications for eCommerce, order management, and customer-facing platforms.

• Build and maintain full stack solutions integrated with ERP, WMS, and enterprise data systems.

• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.

• Implement secure, scalable, and high-performance applications for high-volume transactional environments.

• Develop and consume APIs and web services to support integrated business workflows.

• Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data access layers.

• Ensure applications adhere to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

• Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to short- and long-term technical roadmaps.

• Perform code reviews and mentor team members to maintain engineering excellence.

• Document solution designs, technical decisions, and implementation details.

Requirements – Must-haves

• 7+ years of professional experience in full stack application development.

• Strong JavaScript engineering background with solid object-oriented design principles.

• Hands-on experience with React for frontend development.

• Experience designing and developing APIs and web services.

• Strong SQL skills, including writing queries and stored procedures.

• Proven experience working with high-volume, high-transaction applications.

• Experience deploying and managing applications in Microsoft Azure.

• Strong understanding of performance, scalability, and security best practices.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-haves (optional)

• Experience with mobile-first or responsive design frameworks.

• Familiarity with retail, eCommerce, logistics, or supply chain systems.

• Experience integrating with ERP or WMS platforms.

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Experience mentoring or leading development teams.
