About the Role
We’re expanding our talented Infrastructure teams and are looking for a Senior Developer with cloud expertise to join our Infrastructure team. In this role, you’ll design, develop, and maintain critical infrastructure solutions that empower our R&D teams to build and deliver their products efficiently.
Our systems run globally and scale to handle more than 250 billion events per day with continued exponential growth. Security is what we do and reliability is what we need in order to provide the best possible Security Operations for our customers. We live and breathe Infrastructure-as-Code and are working hard to build world class internal services & networks.

Responsible for building and maintaining large-scale, fault-tolerant, and global infrastructure that powers Arctic Wolf's growth and scalability. Our mission is to ensure that this infrastructure is reliable, accessible, and available to all of R&D—critical to both the success of the business and our ability to deliver exceptional solutions.
Our customers include not only Arctic Wolf’s end customers, but also the R&D teams who rely on our systems to develop and deliver features seamlessly.
You will collaborate with the team to build and enhance The Infrastructure Platform—the backbone of Arctic Wolf's infrastructure. This platform encompasses AWS Accounts, cloud networking, and supporting services that enable Arctic Wolf to deliver secure and reliable services at scale. We are committed to building self-service interfaces that empower R&D teams to deploy and innovate efficiently.
Examples of our responsibilities include:
AWS Account lifecycle management
Azure administration
Networking and connectivity at scale
Infrastructure provisioning and automation (e.g., Atlantis)
Scaling and maintaining robust infrastructure solutions
Desired Skills and Experience
5+ years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure and services, with strong expertise in AWS
Strong experience with core AWS technologies including VPC, ECS, SQS, S3 and CloudFormation
Strong experience with cloud networking technologies including VPC, Transit Gateway, Network Firewall, Routing.
Operated and administered Ubuntu, Amazon Linux, or other Linux variants
Experience with developing Cloud Governance patterns
Experience with infrastructure as code driven workflows, such as Terraform Git-Ops
Agentic / MCP architectures: Experience designing agent workflows, tool abstractions, memory, and MCP-style tool or resource servers for enterprise integration.
Practical AI engineering: Hands-on with prompt engineering, RAG, LLM evaluation, API orchestration, and privacy/guardrails to deliver AI solutions that reduce operational toil.
Familiar with Cloud Administration, and architecting fault tolerant networks
Comfortable working with git, GitHub, and common CI/CD approaches

Previous security experience is preferred but not required. We provide all the cybersecurity training you need during onboarding and on-the-job training.
