Job Description:
Key responsibilities:
- Be the guardian for the brand's visual brand identity, ensuring alignment and consistency in look and feel across all print assets and overall adherence to brand guidelines, updating and evolving where relevant.
- Support the art director with creative development on all editorial projects.
- Establish visual approaches for brands, campaigns and special projects.
- Proactively identifies opportunities for content work to be performed for clients, with guidance from art director.
- Present creative concepts internally and to clients.
- Review and provide feedback on work produced by junior and mid-level designers.
- Mentor and coach developing talent.
- Drive innovation across design, digital content and storytelling.
- Ensure quality control and consistency across outputs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or diploma in graphic design or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience as a designer.
Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of and enthusiasm for sports, fashion, beauty/grooming, lifestyle and pop culture.
- High level of creativity and editorial versatility.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
